1. Handmade & Custom Orders
All Wilde Nail Press sets are handmade to order. Because each set is custom-made to your chosen sizes, shape, and design, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued once production begins.
2. Sizing Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate sizing before ordering. A sizing kit must be purchased and used to determine your correct sizes. Wilde Nail Press is not responsible for sizing errors provided by the customer.
3. Order Processing & Turnaround Time
Each set is made by hand. Please allow up to two weeks for production before shipping. Turnaround times may vary based on order volume, holidays, or custom design requests.
4. Shipping
- Sizing kits ship free.
- All other orders ship for a flat rate of $4.99 via USPS First Class Mail with tracking.
- Wilde Nail Press is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once shipped, but I’ll always do my best to help resolve any issues.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Big Cartel’s integrated payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). Wilde Nail Press does not store or have access to full payment details.
6. Cancellations
Because every set is made to order, orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started. Please double-check your sizes, design, and shipping information before checkout.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on this site are the property of Wilde Nail Press. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without permission.
8. Agreement
By purchasing from Wilde Nail Press, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to these terms and conditions.
