Each Wilde Nail Press set is handmade to order, created specifically to your size, shape, and design preferences. Because of this custom process, I do not accept returns or refunds.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate nail sizes using a Wilde Nail Press sizing kit before placing an order. Sizing issues cannot be refunded or remade, as every set is crafted uniquely for you based on the sizes provided.
That said, I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my work. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on my end, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.
